These Terms & Conditions apply to UK legislation. All items are legal property of the website owner until paid for in full. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

Any products viewed on the site should be considered an invitation to treat. You will receive an email confirmation from us automatically confirming that your offer has been received when an order has been placed. In the unlikely event that a contract can not be fulfilled - for example a product has been mispriced or is no longer in stock, we reserve the right to refuse your offer. You will receive an email in this case. However, in most circumstances your goods will be dispatched and card charged, and you will receive a confirmation email accepting this offer titled '[iShopStyle] Shipped'.

Clothing Tags

Due to the nature of our low cost clothing, we have been requested by some clothing companies to remove their paper tags prior to selling. This is to prevent store returns and people claiming the full retail price. This does not permit you from returning a product to iShopStyle. Despite this process, all items are still brand new, 100% genuine and not factory seconds. Not all stock has labels removed, at the moment only about 80%. Any untagged stock can be replaced with iShopStyle paper labels at the request of a customer free of charge.

Aside from stocking their goods, iShopStyle is in no way affiliated with the brands or manufacturers listed on the site, and will be unable to answer questions relating to orders placed on their websites.

Legal

Site sales are governed by English law and you agree to submit disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts, only. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no changes will be made, this does not however effect your legal rights. Any website that is linked (direct or indirectly) to or from iShopStyle may have its own seperate terms and conditions, and these conditions only apply to iShopStyle. We accept no responsibilty from content out of our control. Although the site is available in different translated languages, sales are ultimately concluded in English.
